Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate French Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and tutoring in French, with the ability to engage and inspire students. This role is perfect for individuals who are familiar with the TCF exam (

Test de Connaissance du Francais

) and the TEF exam (Test d'Evaluation de Francais) structure.

Duties

Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to students in TCF exam (

Test de Connaissance du Francais

) and the TEF exam (Test d'Evaluation de Francais) online and in-person. Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to the individual learning needs of each student. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience. Create a positive and encouraging learning environment that fosters student engagement. Utilize effective teaching strategies to help students understand complex concepts. Assist students with practice assignments and exam preparation. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.

Qualifications

Previous experience in tutoring or teaching the French language is preferred. Strong knowledge of the scope and practices of the TCF exam (

Test de Connaissance du Francais

) and the TEF exam (Test d'Evaluation de Francais). Proficiency in one or more languages such as English is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
