We use a unique approach that combines the best of both Eastern and Western traditions of education to enhance the individual learning styles of each student. Integrating the Western approach of critical thinking skills with the Eastern approach of cognitive application, we empower students to excel in a variety of areas.
We are looking for high school students, college/university students and post secondary school graduates to join our team. Some of the tutor's duties include the following:
1. Helping students with their homework.
2. Elementary school curriculum.
3. SSAT exam preparation.
4. Private school entrance preparation.
5. High school curriculum.
6. Completion of AP courses.
7. SAT exam preparation.
Job Type:
Permanent part-time contract.
Pay Rate:
$19 - $25 / hour depending on qualifications and experience.
Work Location:
Onsite (in Richmond) and/or online (video tutoring).
Available work hours:
Monday - Friday: 3:00 - 8:00 pm
Saturdays and Sundays: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
PLEASE NOTE:
A criminal record check will be required before commencement of work.
TRAINING
: Successful applicants will be trained on the following:
1. Tutoring methodologies.
2. Effective study habits.
3. Counselling techniques.
4. Student administration.
