Duties

Deliver engaging tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs across various subjects and languages. Assist students with homework, writing assignments, and exam preparation to improve their academic performance. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence. Develop customized lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and student goals. Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to students and parents as appropriate. Incorporate classroom experience and teaching techniques to enhance learning outcomes. Support students in developing language skills in Mandarin, French, Spanish, Japanese, or English through conversational practice and structured lessons. Utilize strong writing skills to help students improve their written communication abilities.

Experience

Prior experience with tutoring or teaching is preferred, especially in classroom settings or one-on-one instruction. Experience working with children is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to develop engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles. Strong communication skills and patience are essential for fostering a supportive learning environment.
