Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tutor to support our children (grade 2 & kindergarte) in developing their language and academic skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, experience working with children, and proficiency in multiple languages including French & English (Arabic would be a plus). This role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on students' educational journeys by providing personalized instruction in a supportive home environment. The Tutor will be responsible for creating engaging lessons, fostering a love of learning, and helping students achieve their academic goals.

Responsibilities

Deliver individualized tutoring sessions in various subjects, focusing on language acquisition and academic skills Develop tailored lesson plans that meet each student's learning needs and goals Support with homework, writing assignments, and exam preparation Utilize effective teaching methods to enhance engagement and understanding Monitor and assess progress regularly, providing constructive feedback Create a positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes confidence and motivation Maintain clear communication with parents or guardians regarding student performance and progress Incorporate classroom experience and diverse teaching techniques to adapt to different learning styles

Requirements

Proficiency in the following languages: English,French(Arabic a plu) Experience working with children or in an educational setting is highly preferred Strong writing skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly Previous tutoring or teaching experience is advantageous Classroom experience is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for education is essential Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed
