Duties

Develop and deliver interactive, well-structured French language lessons tailored to diverse student needs and proficiency levels Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages active participation and cultural appreciation Assess student progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and feedback sessions Incorporate multimedia resources, real-life scenarios, and cultural elements to enhance language acquisition Collaborate with colleagues to design curriculum plans that align with educational standards and goals Support students' individual learning journeys by providing additional guidance and encouragement Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and lesson plans in accordance with institutional policies

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education, Languages, or a related field; university experience is highly preferred Proven experience teaching French at various levels, including classroom or online settings Excellent communication skills in both French and English to effectively engage students Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple classes and administrative tasks efficiently Passion for language education and cultural exchange Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and needs Enthusiasm for continuous professional development in language instruction techniques

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
