French Teacher

First founded in Toronto in 2003, Inspiration Learning Center has been providing professional and high quality tutoring services for students from elementary school to high school. Inspiration Learning Center - York Mills (York Mills & Don Mills) is seeking a knowledgeable French Teacher to join our dynamic team of professionals. Job Summary You will be teaching French in private or small group settings at our tutoring center in York Mills at North York . We provide some teaching materials, although teachers should be prepared to adjust according to the student\'s particular skillset. Responsibilities:

• Instruct students in one-on-one form or in a small, group-based environment
• Deliver lessons in a creative manner
• Help students improve their learning skills and critical thinking
• Collect and mark homework
• Report on student progress regularly to center admin staff

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong conversational French
• Good teaching skills and experience in teaching K12 students
• Ability to develop lesson plans based on students\' needs and feedback
• Excellent understanding and knowledge of the Ontario Curriculum
• Effective interpersonal skills and excellent oral communication
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Part-time Salary: $20.00-$23.00 per hour Schedule:

• Day shift
• Every Weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Education:

• Bachelor\'s Degree (preferred)

Experience:

• teaching: 1 year (preferred)
