- Must be available for all type of shifts (day, evenings, nights, weekdays & weekends)

- Provide technical customer support to client via phone, email and chat
- Troubleshooting inquiries such as access requests, software updates, password resets, external connections to a laptop (Printers, monitors etc.), Windows suite.
- Manage ticket creation, resolution and follow up
- Technical support experience or technical support related studies
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend English and French (Fully bilingual)
- Experience in a call center environment
