We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. This role involves developing and implementing engaging curriculum tailored to the developmental needs of children, while also ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes literacy, math, and physical education. Create lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities, including special education needs. Manage classroom behavior effectively, employing positive reinforcement strategies to encourage good conduct. Foster an inclusive environment that supports early intervention for children requiring additional assistance. Conduct assessments to monitor children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities. Ensure a safe and clean classroom environment that promotes child welfare and well-being. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and share best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or private school setting is essential. Strong understanding of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies. Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, and physical education activities. Familiarity with standardized testing practices and experience in tutoring is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
