Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday : 7:30am-4:00pm CST (Must be available to attend all assigned shifts)

Salary Range: $17.50 - $19/hr

Location: 550 Berry Street

This is a long term contract position!

Training will be provided!

Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls.
- Taking customer donations and processing it
- Empathize with the callers and provide them with an exceptional customer service
-Updating databases and accurately entering all the information
- Attention to detail and accuracy is important
- Assisting customers with any questions or concerns they may have

Qualifications
  • Must be fluent in English and French
  • Must be tech savvy and working with different computer softwares
  • Must be able to multitask in a changing environment
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check (We will pay for the check!)
  • Customer service experience is required
  • Previous contact center experience is an asset
