Our client, a leading provider in customer service solutions, is seeking a French Bilingual Call Center Agent to join their team. As a French Bilingual Call Center Agent, you will be part of the customer support department, providing exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to resolve issues effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: French Bilingual Call Center Agent (On Site)
Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba
Pay Range: $19.50 per hour
What's the Job?

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in both French and English.
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and support requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes.

What's Needed?

• Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a French language proficiency test (including typing and grammar).
• Previous customer service experience is an asset.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and call center software.
