We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable tutor to help
Grade 7 students
excel in bothFrench and Math
. The ideal candidate will provide engaging and personalized lessons to support students in understanding key concepts, improving problem-solving skills, and preparing for exams.Responsibilities:
Provide
one-on-one or small group tutoring
for Grade 7 French and Math. Explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. Assist with homework, assignments, and exam preparation. Develop customized lesson plans based on student needs. Track student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of
Grade 7 French and Math
(Ontario curriculum preferred). Previous tutoring or teaching experience is an asset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles. High school diploma required;post-secondary education in a related field
is preferred. Reliable and punctual.Schedule:
Flexible hours based on student needs. Evenings and weekends may be required.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
