Job Description
Trust Freight (Canada) Inc. is seeking a full-time freight forwarding coordinator to join our existing team. You will be working in a fast-paced office environment, coordinating with international agencies and customers, for the import/export of freights.

Skill Requirements:
Education:
Completion of high school.
Experience:
+2 years work experience. Industry specific training provided.
Languages:
Fluent in spoken and written English
Cantonese and/or Mandarin highly desirable
Business Equipment/Computer Applications:
Microsoft Windows and office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Specific Skills:
Send invoices, Receive payments, Organize and schedule office work, File Documents, Tender shipments at Airline warehouses. Professional communications skills with customers and partners via phone and email.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail
Transportation/Travel Information:
Public transportation accessible. On-site parking paid by employer
