Rank Media Agency seeks a dynamic and skilled Freelance Senior Graphic Designer to join our energetic, full-service web and advertising agency. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs across various platforms. Operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you'll have the chance to collaborate with major brands and cutting-edge start-ups such as Realtor.ca, Uniden, and Bruush. We prioritize teamwork, organization, and passion in our day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

Design branding solutions, landing pages, websites, media buying ads and email campaigns Clearly articulate design decisions and ideas to stakeholders Gather feedback and iterate designs based on campaign data and stakeholder input. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute innovative design ideas, including to marketing campaigns Develop strong client relationships and be seen as a true partner with a deep understanding of their brand and product offerings. Ensure consistency in design elements and messaging.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience delivering end-to-end creative solutions in a similar role.

Mastery of Design Software (Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma) A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design projects. Strong knowledge of online marketing and advertising. Knowledge of website conversion rate optimization. Excellent client-facing communication skills. Ability to own projects from concept through execution and delivery
