Treefrog is looking to add UX/UI Designer to our Partner Program. The Treefrog Partner Program is a collective of Freelancers who want to work together on the work they love to do! Working with the in-house Service Delivery team, our partners have the flexibility to work when and where they see fit.
We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Designer with a specialization in web applications and web-based product user experiences. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be instrumental in shaping intuitive and impactful user experiences across various digital platforms.

What the projects you could be working on:
Treefrog is committed to working with our Partners so they can work with projects that are exciting and use each partner\'s strengths. Projects for the UX/UI Designer would include:

• Web application prototyping
• Marketing and E-commerce website UX
• Usability and accessibility testing and auditing
• Content management conversions

Responsibilities for the role:

• Remain up to speed on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, maintaining a cutting-edge approach to UX design.
• Conduct comprehensive user research to inform experiential decisions for web applications and digital products.
• Develop effective structures for web applications and digital products through the creation of sitemaps, user flows, and wireframes.
• Design interactive elements that elevate user engagement and satisfaction within the realm of web applications and digital products.
• Craft visually stunning designs that resonate with brand identity.
• Construct interactive prototypes to visually communicate and refine design concepts for web applications and digital products.
• Plan and execute usability testing sessions to gather actionable feedback and iterate on designs, ensuring optimal user experiences.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to translate user needs into innovative design solutions.
• Identify and solve intricate design challenges, prioritizing a user-centric approach while aligning with business goals.
• Ensure accessibility, taking these considerations into the design process, guaranteeing that web applications and digital products are universally user-friendly.
• Understand and align UX design with business goals, articulating the value of design in terms of tangible business outcomes.

As a Freelancer you have:

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in design, with a certificate or diploma in User Experience and Design.
• At least 5+ years of experience executing UI/UX design.
• Working knowledge of design technologies and software: Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency with WordPress.
• Experience presenting UX to stakeholders, clients, and teams.
• Experience working on responsive web design.
• An eye for typography, colour, layout, brand systems, and details.
• Knowledge of adhering to design WCAG/AODA compliance.
