Precision Building Solutions is a trusted provider of exterior building maintenance and repair services in the GTA. We are currently seeking

Freelance Rope Access Technicians

to support ongoing projects on a casual basis.

Responsibilities

Perform building exterior inspections at height Apply caulking and sealants Carry out concrete and masonry repairs Complete exterior painting tasks Adhere to all safety standards and rope access procedures

Requirements

Legally eligible to work in Canada IRATA or SPRAT certification (Level 1, 2, or 3) Prior experience in construction or a skilled trade (e.g., caulking, masonry, painting) Comfortable working at heights Reliable and safety-conscious
