Install, maintain and repair business electronic equipment such as coffee machines and water coolers
Adjust, align, replace or repair electronic equipment, assemblies and components following equipment manuals and schematics, and using hand and power tools
Inspect and test electronic equipment, components and assemblies using multimeters and other electronic test instruments, tools and equipment
Diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults
Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports
Perform scheduled maintenance service on equipment
Elaborate preventive maintenance plans based on the information suggested in the manufacturer's manual
Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on equipment
Technical troubleshooting of equipment on the customer's site
Advise customers on work performed or replace the equipment if necessary
Assist with the maintenance of spare parts and equipment inventory
Requirements for the Job:
Dynamic problem-solver person
Experience in diagnosing broken equipment, replacing broken parts, testing equipment, documenting findings and reporting back to the customer
A minimum of six (6) months recent related trades experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair related to coffee machines equipment and systems of manufacturers as Bunn, Newco, de JONG DUKE, Cafection, VKI and Saeco
Completion of a college program or degree in electronics
Valid class 5 BC driver's licence
Preferably to Canadian citizen or Permanent resident

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of equipment and machinery
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems or areas of improvement
- Install, assemble, and disassemble equipment as needed
- Keep accurate records of service performed and parts used
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on service progress
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Experience:
- Previous experience as a service technician or in a similar role preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of electrical systems and hydraulic systems
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
