Position Summary

We are seeking

5 motivated and goal-oriented Freelance Sales Professionals

to join our growing team. This is a

commission-based remote position

where you will work from home to promote our immigration and permanent residency services, generate leads, and drive successful conversions.

You'll receive full training on our services -- your role is to

market, engage, and connect potential clients

to our office for a free consultation, and earn

bi-weekly commissions for every successful conversion

.

Key Responsibilities

Promote TopNation Immigration's services through social media and online platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, etc.) Generate and qualify leads by engaging with potential clients Book appointments or refer clients to our office for free consultations Maintain communication with the office team and report successful conversions Participate in optional training sessions (virtual or in-office) to enhance performance

Qualifications

No prior experience required -- full training provided Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of social media and online marketing Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently Bilingual candidates are an asset but not required Professional attitude and strong work ethic
