Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated French Teacher to join our educational team. Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles. Teach French language skills including reading, writing, speaking, and listening through interactive activities and assessments. Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning. Assess student progress regularly through assignments, tests, and informal evaluations, providing constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience. Incorporate cultural elements into lessons to enrich students' understanding of the French-speaking world. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational program and participate in professional development opportunities. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and classroom activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, French Language, or a related field; university experience is preferred. Proficiency in both written and spoken French; native or near-native fluency is highly desirable. Previous teaching experience or experience working with children in an educational setting is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a passion for teaching and inspiring students. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and levels of proficiency.
