Key Responsibilities:
Participate in
HR screenings, technical interviews, and final hiring rounds
on behalf of pre-vetted candidates.
Confidently discuss
software development concepts
(e.g., system design, algorithms, and full-stack/cloud technologies) during interviews.
Deliver
clear, fluent, and professional responses
in English (C2/native-level proficiency).
Adapt to different interview formats, including
live coding exercises, whiteboard challenges, and technical Q&A sessions
.
Maintain accurate representation of the candidate's skills and experience.
Optionally provide
post-hire support
(e.g., team meetings or technical discussions).
