LIVE TINTED is Hiring: Freelance Beauty Advisor (Ontario)

Locations: Greater Toronto Area (Mississauga, Burlington, Toronto, Brampton, Vaughan) or Southwestern Ontario (Kitchener, Waterloo, London)

is seeking a

dynamic and passionate Freelance Beauty Advisor

to represent our brand and support our valued retail partner,

Sephora

, across Ontario. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a retail environment, is sales-oriented, and is deeply aligned with our mission and values.

Responsibilities

Achieve individual sales goals

, including SPH (Sales Per Hour)

Deliver engaging brand education

and training sessions to Sephora teams

Create memorable in-store experiences

that reflect the values of LIVE TINTED

Build strong relationships

with Sephora staff and customers

Stay informed

on current beauty trends, product launches, and promotions

Recommend products

based on customer needs and demonstrate product benefits confidently

Maintain visual merchandising standards

by keeping displays clean, organized, and stocked

Support in-store events

, collaborating closely with the Account Executive

Provide post-shift recaps

and submit weekly timesheets

Bring joy and positivity

Qualifications

Valid driver's license or reliable transportation

is required

Previous experience in the beauty industry

, preferably at Sephora, Nordstrom, or Hudson's Bay

Strong communication skills

and a customer-first mindset

Proven sales experience

and ability to meet performance targets

Partial weekday availability

required (in addition to weekends)

Confidence in delivering product training

and leading in-store education

Self-starter with a goal-oriented approach
