JOB PURPOSE
The Pharmacy Clinical Manager responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining clinical services and for ensuring optimal services on a daily basis.
QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
• Registered or eligible for licensure with the New Brunswick College of Pharmacists and licensed to practice in New Brunswick.
• Completion of an advanced clinical pharmacy practice program/degree or equivalent experience.
• At least three years experience in a Hospital Pharmacy
• Ability to attend work on a regular basis.
• Ability to perform the duties of the position.
• Good work record.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Pharmacy Clinical Manager is responsible for:

• Planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating clinical pharmacy services
• Maintaining a clinical practice site
• Participating in patient safety and quality improvement initiatives
• Participating in the planning, implementation and evaluation of education and training programs
• Participating in the performance management and recruitment processes
• Collaborating with the Pharmacy Operations Manager to manage financial resources
