As a Fraud Investigator, you will work in a dynamic team providing analytics regarding threats from external and internal sources. You will execute work to focus on prevention and recovery of fraud in accordance with applicable procedures, conduct comprehensive investigations and provide consultation and analysis to business, and Implement strategic priorities in alignment with standards and operations procedures. Note: This is a position that will be largely dedicated to analytics - which will involve drawing data from JET\xe2\x80\x99s data warehouses, and manipulating it to detect trends, threats, patterns, and supporting recommendations for changes to our fraud toolset.

Investigate and respond to threats or offences involving Customers, Couriers, Restaurant Partners, or internal staff.

Works well independently and in a team setting and regularly handles non-routine situations.

Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

Uses best practice to improve products/services or processes.

Recipe for Success:

Key ingredients:

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are essential.

Intermediate to advanced SQL skills are essential.

Very familiar with JET systems and data OR have good knowledge of fraud tools & concepts with a strong technical foundation

Able to focus on assigned duties with a high degree of productivity with moderate supervision.

Ability to handle and prioritize a heavy workload, at times

Drive for continuous learning, including new tech/data skills as well as industry trends

Assist the team (and other stakeholders) with data gathering.

Strong analytical mindset is critical to success.

Ability to see the bigger picture, trends, opportunities.

Understanding of online fraud scenarios.

Understanding of credit card dispute/chargeback process.

Proven track record of delivering high quality work.

Experience working in a technical environment.

Previous work in online support, financial/clerical, accounting, investigatory, or analytical roles.

Successful stakeholder management experience.

Optional toppings:

Basic payments flow knowledge.

Good understanding of internal Skip or JustEat Customer/Restaurant/Courier care processes.
