Role Overview
The
Franchise Sales Representative
will play a key role in driving Yogen Fruz's growth by identifying and onboarding new franchise partners. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in franchise sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for building relationships. You'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to franchise agreement execution, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
Franchise Sales & Lead Generation
Proactively generate and qualify leads through trade shows, brokers, inbound inquiries, and outreach.
Conduct discovery calls, present brand opportunities, and guide prospects through the franchise process.
Manage due diligence, financial reviews, and franchise agreement execution.
Territory Development & Site Coordination
Identify and recommend high-potential locations in malls, high streets, and non-traditional venues (e.g., airports, universities, QSRs).
Collaborate with real estate and leasing teams to support site selection and approvals.
Franchisee Onboarding & Support
Work closely with operations, marketing, and training teams to ensure successful onboarding of new franchisees.
Serve as a key point of contact during early store development and launch phases.
Reporting & Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and signed deals in CRM.
Provide regular updates on sales performance and market expansion milestones.
Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in
franchise sales
or
business development
(food & beverage/QSR experience preferred).
Strong understanding of franchising processes, FDDs, and basic legal/financial frameworks.
Proven ability to build relationships and close deals.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel for trade shows, site visits, and franchisee meetings.
