• Work with the Marketing team to understand where all leads are coming from and qualifying those leads per lead source
• Fast \xe2\x80\x98speed to contact\xe2\x80\x99 of new leads via telephone and email
• Qualify lead to make sure there\xe2\x80\x99s a desire and readiness to learn more about the franchise opportunity
• Set rock solid up-front contracts with prospective franchisees to make sure the no-show rate is on target
• Accurately document all prospective franchisees notes within the CRM
• Manage multiple calendars and accurately book appointments
• Understand the sales process to maximize overall success in sales targets
• Perform other duties as needed

• Must have exceptional writing and communication skills
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Construction, Real Estate or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-years of Franchise Development Lead Qualification
• Exceptional upfront sales skills to convert contacts into franchise prospects
• Strong phone and communications skills
• A+ individual and Team Player
• Strong follow-up skills
• Microsoft 365 skills a must including Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
