About Blitz Franchise

Blitz Franchise is one of Canada's fastest-growing franchise sales organizations. Last year, we placed over 150 franchisees nationwide, and we are on track to become the largest FSO in the country.

The Role

This role is posted as Franchise Development Manager, but we are open to candidates at different stages of their career.

If you are earlier in your journey, you may join as a Franchise Development Specialist with the potential path to Manager. If you are more seasoned, you may step directly into the Manager role, with leadership responsibilities and team-level revenue sharing.
In either case, you will play a direct role in advancing Blitz's mission to build Canada's leading franchise sales organization.

What You Will Do

Guide candidates through the franchise journey: lead generation, qualification, discovery, onboarding, and closure Manage and grow relationships with franchisors, serving as their trusted development partner Represent Blitz at expos, panels, and industry events in Western Canada Contribute to the playbooks and systems that will define how franchising is grown nationally For Manager-level candidates: Build and mentor a Calgary-based team as the regional hub scales Drive growth strategy and share in the upside with team-level revenue sharing

What We Are Looking For

Franchise Development Specialist (Potential Path to Manager):

1-3 years in sales, business development, or franchising Ambitious, coachable, and motivated to grow Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Franchise Development Manager (Experienced):

5-10 years in franchise sales, development, or multi-unit operations Proven closer with strong relationship management skills Experience leading or mentoring others Entrepreneurial instincts and the drive to help build a regional office

Compensation and Benefits
