Role Description

We are hiring experienced Framing Supervisor to lead our framing teams inside our production facility., for our Weekend Shift (Friday to Sunday).

Duties:

• Lead a team of other experienced carpenters and labourers to support production and quality of projects
• Scope of work can include: wood framing, steel stud framing.
• Demonstrate safe, quality, and efficient work is being performed and participate in inspections when required
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring tools are returned to job box at the end of each shift

Required Experience:

• 5 years in a supervisory role
• Trade certification or 10+ years construction experience
• Proven excellence in the trade
• Microsoft office capable
• Strong leadership, effective communication skills, conflict resolution and the ability to have critical conversations
• Exhibits and promotes a sense of urgency and excellence toward all work activities
• Ability to move easily between multiple departments, completing quality and efficient work

Location:

This role is plant based at our 135,000 square feet manufacturing facility 20 minutes North of Calgary in Crossfield, Alberta , strategically located near a High Load Corridor which allows us to transport loads up to 9 meters high to many parts of Alberta, Saskatchewan, BC, and the United States. Our employees live in Calgary, Airdrie and surrounding communities.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: No less than 40.00 per week
