Bellamy Homes is an established custom home builder and designer in Kelowna, BC. Our small, dedicated team uses a collaborative approach to create award-winning homes for our clients.

We are seeking an experienced Crew Leader to lead our in-house framing crew. The ideal candidate has a high attention to detail, experience working on custom residential projects and shares our commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Be reliable and can work in a fast-paced environment. MUST have reliable transportation to and from job sites located throughout Kelowna area. Minimum 7 years experience in custom home Framing & Foundations Ability to read, understand and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Ability to meet schedules and reasonable timelines. Willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. Physically fit and able to lift up to 50lbs. Knowledge of the tools, equipment, materials, methods, standards, and techniques used in skilled carpentry work. Manage day-to-day issues, achievements, safety, performance, and contributions for members within your team. Ability to provide leadership, training, and guidance to the crew. Work with management to plan, prepare and delegate tasks accordingly. Reporting everyday progress to the site supervisor Ensuring safety is a priority to yourself and fellow team members by following pre-set policies and procedures.

Bellamy Homes provides a guaranteed, competitive base salary with production-based bonuses. Salary will be dependent upon experience.

Pay: $30.00-$55.00 per hour
