Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in framing structures, working with various materials, and utilizing a range of tools. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to read blueprints accurately. As a Framer, you will play a crucial role in the construction process, ensuring that all framing work is completed to the highest standards.

Duties

Construct and install wooden frameworks for buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs. Read and interpret blueprints to determine specifications and layout. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials. Operate heavy equipment safely when required for lifting or moving materials. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure project timelines are met.

Qualifications

Experience preferred. Proven experience in framing or related construction fields. Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment operation. Ability to read blueprints accurately and follow detailed instructions. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working long hours on-site. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A commitment to safety practices on the job site.
