Position Overview:
We're looking for motivated labourers with little to intermediate experience in carpentry or construction. This role is ideal for someone who may know their way around power tools but doesn't have extensive framing experience. If you're eager to learn, reliable, and ready to work hard, we're willing to train you.
Responsibilities:
Assist framers in building walls, floors, and roofs
Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials under supervision
Safely operate basic power tools (saws, drills, nail guns, etc.)
Carry, load, and organize materials on site
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow directions and learn on the job to develop skills
Qualifications:
0 to 2 years of construction or carpentry experience (no formal training required)
Basic knowledge of power tools is an asset
Willingness to learn and take instruction
Ability to work in outdoor conditions and perform physical labour
Punctual, dependable, and a team player
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation an asset
