We are a contractor specializing in the construction of agricultural structures and custom housing. With a reputation for quality, we are seeking skilled professionals to join our team.

Position Overview:

You will be responsible for the framing, exterior, and interior finishes of a variety of structures, primarily focusing on agricultural buildings and custom homes. You will work closely with site supervisors and team members to ensure that each project exceeds customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Framing for agricultural buildings and custom residential homes. Install exterior finishes, including roof steel, Exterior clading, and other finishing materials. Complete interior finishes Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and according to the plans. Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the successful completion of each project.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong work ethic with a positive attitude. Proven experience working with power tools (saws, drills, nail guns, etc.). Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in framing or construction, especially in agricultural or residential projects, is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly wage based on experience and skill level. Pay range: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour. Overtime pay available as needed.

Full-time, Monday to Friday. In-person work at project sites.
