GRAPL Inc. is seeking a skilled framer to join our dynamic team. This role involves working both in our state-of-the-art factory and onsite for panel assembly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in framing, an eye for detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Please note, those selected for roles we be classified as sub-contractors and compensated as so.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble framing panels in our factory using blueprints and specifications. Transport and install panels onsite, ensuring accurate and efficient assembly. Operate and maintain framing tools and equipment. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures. Inspect work for accuracy and quality. Work onsite, performing general framing and construction labour duties.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a framer, preferably with panelized framing. Strong understanding of framing techniques and tools. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials. Commitment to safety and quality standards. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Experience framing stacked townhomes is an asset Certified forklift, air lift, skidsteer or telehandler tickets is an asset Valid Working at Heights, Forklift, Aerial Lift, Telehandler, Mobile Crane or First Aid is an asset Ability to read and interpret drawings is an asset

Pay: $28.00-$38.00 per hour
