Overview

We are seeking a skilled Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various framing techniques and a strong understanding of building processes. This role involves working with a variety of materials and tools to construct frameworks for buildings, ensuring that all work meets safety standards and project specifications.

Duties

Construct and assemble wooden frameworks for buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project requirements. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials. Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure timely project completion. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Framer or in a similar construction role. Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics is essential. Strong skills in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for long periods.
