Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual for the position of . Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute construction plans accurately. Perform concrete forming and restoration tasks to ensure structural integrity. Install cabinets, flooring, and tiles with precision and attention to detail. Execute construction painting projects while adhering to safety standards. Utilize CNC machinery for manufacturing components as needed. Conduct masonry work, including bricklaying and stone setting. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Engage in carpentry and woodworking tasks to create custom solutions. Estimate project requirements and materials for accurate budgeting. Install rebar for concrete reinforcement as part of structural projects. Participate in roofing, siding, caulking, plumbing, and electrical tasks as required. Assist with heavy lifting and assembly of materials or structures on-site.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience in construction or maintenance person roles with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction schematics. Familiarity with various construction techniques including masonry, flooring installation, tile laying, and cabinet installation. Experience using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other relevant equipment safely. Knowledge of restoration processes and techniques is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job demands.
