Overview

MUST HAVE OWN NAIL GUN AND AIR COMPRESSOR We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Framer/Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and construction, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. As a Framer, you will play a crucial role in the building process, working with various materials and tools to create structural frameworks for residential and commercial projects. BONUS PAY AVAILABLE

Responsibilities

Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications and requirements. Construct frameworks for buildings using wood, metal, or concrete materials. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently, including saws, drills, and nail guns. Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks as needed for foundation work. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety standards. Conduct heavy lifting and maneuvering of materials on job sites. Assist in restoration projects, including siding installation and repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of projects.

Qualifications

Proven experience in carpentry or construction is required. Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of construction schematics. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is preferred but not mandatory. Experience with concrete forming, finishing, and welding is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
