Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building structures and the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. This role involves working with various materials and tools to construct frameworks for buildings, ensuring quality and precision in every project.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications. Construct wooden frameworks for buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs. Utilize power tools and heavy equipment safely and effectively to complete framing tasks. Perform drywall installation as needed, ensuring smooth finishes and structural integrity. Engage in concrete forming activities to create stable foundations for structures. Restore or repair existing frames as required, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process. Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure timely project completion. Adhere to safety protocols while performing heavy lifting and operating machinery.

Skills

Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding of construction schematics. . Strong knowledge of drywall installation methods. Ability to build frameworks using various materials effectively. Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation is essential. Capable of restoring or repairing structures as necessary. Competent in heavy equipment operation for various construction tasks. Physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or moving. Own Hand Tools / Reliable Transport
