## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Framer to join our construction team. Must be reliable, hardworking, and punctual. Wage will be based on level of knowledge on the job.

## Duties
- Construct frameworks for residential homes
- Install structures such as windows and doors
- Perform tasks in a fast paced environment and able to meet tight deadlines
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for framing and construction work
- Lift and carry heavy materials

Requirements
- Prior experience in framing and construction
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Capability to perform heavy lifting tasks
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

- Must have valid license and own transportation. Must be punctual and available to work some evenings and weekends
