We are seeking a motivated and skilled Framer/Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures using a variety of materials and techniques. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, ensuring safety, durability, and quality in every project. Duties



Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute framing and carpentry tasks. Construct and install metal building frameworks, including steel studs and framing components for walls, ceilings, and partitions. Perform concrete forming activities, including setting up forms, rebar installation, and ensuring proper alignment for concrete pours. Execute masonry work such as laying bricks, blocks, or stone as needed for various projects. Install siding, stucco finishes, trim carpentry details, roofing components, and other exterior or interior finishes. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to cut, shape, assemble, and install building materials. Engage in heavy lifting tasks to move materials or equipment safely around the site. Use welding techniques where necessary for metal framing or structural repairs. Read construction plans accurately to ensure precise measurements and placements. Manage construction site activities including material handling, site cleanup, and coordination with other trades. Assist with restoration projects or remodeling efforts by removing old materials and installing new finishes or structures. Operate heavy equipment when required for site preparation or material transportation. Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.

Experience



Proven experience in metal building erection, framing (including wood framing), concrete forming, masonry, roofing, siding installation, or related construction fields. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and schematics confidently. Hands-on experience with hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels; power tools including drills and saws; welding equipment; heavy machinery operation; and scaffolding setup. Knowledge of rebar installation and concrete finishing techniques is highly desirable. Familiarity with construction management practices to coordinate tasks effectively on-site. Prior construction site experience across residential, commercial or industrial projects is essential. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail throughout all phases of construction work. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to carpentry operations and working at heights or in confined spaces. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$38.91 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
