Role Description

We are seeking a

skilled and dedicated Framer

to join our construction team for a

full-time, on-site role

in the

Greater Victoria Area

. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of framing, concrete forming, and carpentry principles.

Responsibilities

Construct and install framing for walls, floors, roofs, and other structural components using hand and power tools Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks with precision to ensure structural integrity Safely operate heavy equipment to lift and position large materials or structures Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and meets building code requirements Maintain a clean and organized work environment by managing tools and disposing of debris properly

Qualifications

Proven experience in framing, concrete forming, carpentry, or related construction fields Proficient with construction tools, heavy equipment, and accurate measuring/cutting techniques Physically fit, with the ability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and operate in varying weather conditions Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are considered assets

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
