Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute construction tasks accurately. Perform concrete forming and rebar installation for structural integrity. Execute restoration projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications. Install cabinets, flooring, tiles, and siding with precision and care. Conduct construction painting to enhance the aesthetic appeal of completed projects. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in various tasks. Engage in masonry work as needed for building structures or features. Assist with plumbing and electrical installations to ensure functionality. Manage heavy lifting requirements safely while adhering to best practices. Collaborate with team members on construction estimating and project planning. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout all phases of construction.

Experience

Candidates should have a well-rounded background in construction-related fields, including but not limited to:

Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, masonry, and flooring installation. Familiarity with CNC machinery operation is a plus. Previous maintenance person experience demonstrating versatility across multiple trades. Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing joints effectively. Ability to perform assembly tasks as required by project specifications.
