We are seeking a skilled and reliable Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing the structural framework of buildings, ensuring accuracy and safety throughout the process. This role requires a strong understanding of construction principles, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. The position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, including residential, commercial, and restoration sites, contributing to the creation of durable and high-quality structures.

Duties

Construct wall frames, floors, roofs, and other structural components using wood Operate power tools safely to cut, shape, and assemble framing materials. Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment to ensure proper placement and assembly. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris appropriately. Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents on-site.

Skills

Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction documentation. Skilled in the use of hand tools (hammers, saws, drills) and power tools (nail guns, saws). Ability to operate heavy equipment safely when required. Strong knowledge of carpentry principles and construction practices. Physical strength for heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces. Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety compliance. Ability to adapt to different project requirements including restoration work involving .
