We are seeking an experienced Residential Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of hands-on framing experience, specifically in residential construction using prefabricated wall systems. You'll be responsible for framing new homes efficiently, safely, and in accordance with building codes and company standards.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans Accurately install prefabricated wall panels and structural components Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other framing materials Ensure all framing work is level, plumb, and square Work with other trades and team members to complete projects on schedule Adhere to all safety protocols and site procedures
Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years residential framing experience (prefabricated wall experience strongly preferred) Proficient with framing tools, power tools, and construction techniques Ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders or scaffolding Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to work independently and as part of a team
