We are currently looking for a skilled and dependable Framer with a strong background in residential framing. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of residential framing experience and capable of delivering high-quality craftsmanship on time and on budget.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications to determine layout and dimensions. Measure, cut, assemble, and secure wood, metal studs, and other framing materials. Construct floor systems, walls, roofs, stairs, windows, doors, and other structural components. Install sheathing, subfloors, and trusses according to project requirements. Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment safely and efficiently. Collaborate with site supervisors, general contractors, and other trades to coordinate tasks and maintain schedules. Identify and troubleshoot issues on-site, making necessary adjustments to framing plans. Perform site preparation, including layout, leveling, and checking alignment/plumb of structures. Uphold site safety protocols and contribute to a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on residential framing experience required. Strong knowledge of framing techniques, construction practices, and local building codes. Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings. Proficient with measuring, cutting, and assembly tools/equipment. Physically fit with the ability to lift, climb, bend, and work outdoors in varying conditions. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills. Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious team player.
