We are currently looking for a Full-time Frame Stylist/Pre-Tester to join our team that feels like family. If you have experience in the eye care industry, great! If not, we are willing to train and experience in retail, hospitality and customer service is greatly appreciated.

The full-time position will include:
- Welcoming all patients with a warm and friendly demeanor while building rapport
- Perform frame adjustments, repairs and pick-ups
- Assist patients with frame selections based on their budget, lifestyle and prescription needs
- Educate patients on lens options for selected frame or updating lenses in their own frames
- Perform diagnostic testing and other pre-exam testing as required
- Maintain efficient patient flow throughout Pre-test and waiting area - communicating and partnering with Patient Care Co-Ordinator(s)
- Deliver the best patient experience possible!
Full-time hours: 32+ hours per week (to flex up during staff vacations and times of need)

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
