Job Description
:
Our client is seeking a Fractional CFO /Controller candidate for a 12-month contract, part-time, with extensive knowledge in finance and experience working with various banking institutions.
Responsibilities:
- Create the document and model to present the plan above - Model to include: Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash flow to include supporting schedules and assumptions.
- Work with potential lender to furnish due diligence in order to secure a commitment
- Work with client bank to negotiate a standstill required to close the financing above
- Post close work with management to create financial statements as well as other external reporting requirements for lenders and management.
- Within a year help search a secure a fulltime controller
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be a fractional CFO / Controller who can create a comprehensive document and model outlining their plan, including an income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow!
CPA designation with 10-plus years of successful financial and business leadership roles * Ability to identify and assess financial issues and prepare effective client-focused solutions
- Be persuasive and able to motivate others to action
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
- Influential negotiation skills with a high level of integrity
- Collaborative leadership skills with the ability to work with all levels of an organization
- Resourceful with proficient analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills
