Would you like to join a winning team at a growing company that combines your FP& A experience with your strategic collaboration skills. Our client is seeking an FP& A Strategic Business Partner. This role is predominantly remote and in the GTA.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organization\'s financial planning (FP& A) and decision-making processes. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and exceptional financial modeling skills. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, managing relationships with Vice Presidents and stakeholders. For you to be effective and successful in this role you must possess a deep understanding of business objectives, distinguishing this role from corporate FP& A, which primarily involves consolidation, board support, and high-level PnL analysis.

Your Key Qualifications:
- University Degree in Finance, Business, Economics etc.
- CPA Designation.
- 4+ years\' experience working in an FP- You are an \xe2\x80\x9cout of the box\xe2\x80\x9d thinker who can translate the Senior Leadership\'s message into an action plan.
- You have experience supporting Executive Directors, highlighting the ability to influence and engage in challenging conversations.
- Adept at providing support to the business across various functions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and effective interdepartmental communication.
- Exemplary proficiency in both verbal and written communication, demonstrating a capacity to effectively engage with a diverse spectrum of business partners.
