Department Overview Motorola Solutions fixed and mobile video, access control and software solutions, led by our Avigilon Alta, Avigilon Unity, Pelco & Envysion portfolios help you find, analyze and share information so you can respond to events with speed and decisiveness to keep your people and property safe. Whether you are looking to deploy a new video security or access control solution, equip your team with body-worn cameras, or leverage analytics through purpose-built applications, we have solutions to meet your needs.



This role is on a hybrid schedule and will be in office periodically.

• Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts with a focus on leading the business to achieve targets
• Oversee, build and maintain complex dynamic financial models
• Create new business insight reporting and present to Senior Leadership team
• Create in-depth budget vs actual reporting and present to business leaders
• Posses a thorough understand revenue and cost drivers and advise management thereon
• Lead pricing of new products and compile financial models for deals
• Drive automation of data and reporting for Finance and other areas of the company
• Develop and mentor a small team team of remote employees
• Act as trusted partner to the functional business organizations being supported

Additional Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Accounting or Finance, MBA/CPA considered an asset
• 5+ years of related Finance experience
• Experience building and translating financial models
• In depth understanding of revenue and margin drivers
• Previous experience in a growing subscription revenue business
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet multiple tight deadlines
• Compensation: This role will carry a base pay range of $100,000 to $115,000 per year (CAD)

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Accounting or Finance with 5+ years of Finance experience with 2+ years leading small teams
