This position will lead a team of 3 FP&A Analysts. who are focused on understanding past and present financial performance as well as understanding trends and metrics to support decision making for the future. The Manager will oversee monthly close, results analysis and forecasting processes as well as the annual budget preparation and longer term strategic planning. The team also completes ad hoc analysis on new opportunities so that the business can make decisions that will support long term profitability. The Canada Finance team is constantly focused on process improvement and this role is a key driver for the FP&A team.In this role you will:Lead the Annual Budget and Monthly Financial Forecast Processes: Direct the process and tools to develop the full P&L for budget and monthly forecasts and ensure all corporate deadlines are met. Provide analysis of results vs plan/forecast and understand any risks/opportunities within the business.Lead and complete Analyses to support the profitable growth of the business: Develop tools and processes for the business to understand key financial metrics and trends for the business. Provide analysis and recommendations for all new business opportunities while collaborating with the relevant business unit. Identify opportunities for process and business improvements.Oversee Pricing Functions: Support the Pricing and Margin Analyst in managing the PriceFX tool. In collaboration with the Customer Service team, ensure SAP pricing is loaded annually and any ad hoc changes throughout the year is complete. Direct pricing analyses in conjunction with sales and marketing to identify opportunities to improve margin.Manage General Accounting Functions: Ensure all corporate policies and processes are followed. Ensure account reconciliations are completed as required.Develop and maximize performance of team members: Promote a process improvement mindset to ensure the team seeks out ways to perform in the most efficient way possible. Ensure a positive and collaborative environment that supports each team member\'s goals to learn and grow.
