Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented analyst to join the Corporate FP&A team. This role will seek to enhance reporting functionality by implementing AI and other new tools thus driving more timely and informative analyses empowering key decision making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency with financial tools, be curious to learn, and possess the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include supporting monthly and quarterly reporting, reporting on quarterly KPIs, supporting the short-term & annual planning process, and ad hoc analysis.

Financial Support: Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Leveraging Technology: Propose use cases for AI or other reporting tools to both enhance existing analytics and unlock new reporting capabilities KPI Tracking: Support the monitoring of financial and non-financial KPIs to measure performance and drive accountability Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather data and provide support for financial decision-making Ad Hoc Analysis: Assist in conducting ad hoc analyses as required to support business initiatives and decision-making Documentation: Help maintain documentation of financial processes and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency

Qualifications

Experience: 0-3 years of experience in finance, business, or a related field (internships or relevant coursework may be considered) Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field is preferred FP&A tools: Experience with tools such as Oracle, SQL, Power BI, Excel is preferred Communication Skills: Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to diverse audiences Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:



Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 66,000 - 98,000 CAD / Annual



United States - Denver Office DEO : 61,200 - 91,800 USD / Annual



United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 61,200 - 91,800 USD / Annual



United States - Tampa Office TAO : 61,200 - 91,800 USD / Annual



Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.

The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs.

Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.



The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
