, we've been building for over 40 years -- leading inaluminum casting, engineering, machining, and assembly
. In the past 24 months, we've completed oursecond major expansion
and invested heavily inrobotics, automation, new production cells, and CNC and foundry equipment
. Our 100,000 sq.ft. facility now houses9 pouring lines, 2 heat treating lines, and 22 machining centres
.We've recently added
multiple new marquee OEMs
in transportation, marine, industrial, and drivetrain -- names you've heard of --all who have visited our plant
. These projects are big: you'll step in on10 high-profile, multi-million-dollar OEM programs
moving into production in late 2025 and 2026.The Role:
As Foundry Manager, you'll have full departmental ownership and accountability for operations -- from people to plant, process to profitability. You'll:
Work side-by-side with the President to align strategy and execution. Lead the foundry through scrap reduction, process improvements, and system-building. Deliver results on high-visibility OEM projects that define the next phase of our growth.
