What You'll Do:

Lead and mentor a skilled foundry team. Oversee daily pouring operations, scheduling, and production quality. Drive continuous improvement, safety, and efficiency initiatives. Collaborate with management on training, process improvements, and new technology adoption.

What We're Looking For:

Strong leadership in a foundry or manufacturing environment. Hands-on knowledge of casting operations, quality, and safety. Experience with Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement an asset. A passion for problem-solving and team development.
